trillium brewing - canton, MA
Considered one of the best breweries in the world, Trillium Brewing moved to what they dubbed their “Forever Home” in Canton, MA. In addition to their world-class beer, this massive space features incredible food for regular dining and for functions. Project Design Specialist Jessica Odenwaelder teamed up with Trillium management and Studio Troika on the design. The project included four walk-in coolers from American Panel, including their stunning retail display cooler. Bar equipment from Perlick, a custom chef’s line from Randell and Cvap machines from Winston were other highlights.
